Democracy - Internet TV Platform

If you want to view some of the great video content that's out there on the web, one of the best ways is with the Democracy - Internet TV Platform. It was beta testing as DTV player for OS X only, but now there is a Windows version as well. Made by the Participatory Culture Foundation, it's part of a set of tools that allow you to view and distribute video in channels. What makes this work so well is that it's more than just a player for watching video, it's a collection of resources to provide the infrastructure for watching and producing video.
