Kalmunity

You can go and see Kalmunity (live organic improv) tonight at the Marquee Club. Screen Arts' very own Reed Jones will be opening for them. It should be a great event that is sponsored by the Centre for Art Tapes (CFAT) with support from the Canada Council for the Arts, the Council on African Canadian Education, and the gracious support of The Marquee Club and MusicStop. CFAT has presented performance and audio art events in Halifax, since the early 1980’s.

Creativity and Deadlines

you just sit down and start the hard work, and trust that it will happen, even if it doesn't feel like it

Kathy Sierra writes about creativity and deadlines in the muse always comes late. Why do we always seem to work right up to the deadline? Being creative many times involves doing the work, it doesn't appear before you start most of the time, but it shows up after you start working on something.
